The best small phones in 2023: the 6 best ones you can buy I know many will point me to Devonthink and I own Dthink Office Pro but for me it is not as intuitive and I seem to spend more time fiddling with the program (trying to get it to do things) than gathering data to fill it.The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra may steal this iPhone 15 camera feature Anyway this is a good app and I have almost transitioned completely to Notebooks without a hitch. I really want my data off dropbox (nothing against dropbox or Evernote but privacy does have a value whether some see that now or not. Something SOHO has not been able to pull off. It syncs via dropbox, Webdave and others and according to it's web site iCloud sync is coming. Probably one of the best things of all is that Notebooks not only has an iOS version but it actually syncs consistently well. and it's convenient with all the ways to seamlessly add things to your collection without interfering with your workflow. It does especially well when saving web pages, PDF's, etc. ![]() I can't remember the last time I ran into a formate SOHO could not handle and Notebooks is doing great in this area so far. Don't misunderstand Notebooks is not yet SOHO but it is on its way. So I began the search for a replacement and found Notebooks to have great potential. But over the last year or so updates have became fewer and fewer until they announced that they were discontinuing development and coming out with a new product to replace SOHO this year.Īs I said I've been a long time user and know from experience that this year to Chronos could equal years in everybody else's time. Divide your projects into nested sub projects, which makes them easier to handle, and cross-reference into your reference library, which, of course, is in Notebooks, too. Notebooks also keeps your task lists and allows you to tick off your to-dos as you complete them. Everything you would usually print out and file can now go directly into Notebooks, without adding bulk. Notebooks stores and displays almost any type of document: plain text and formatted text, PDF, web pages, MS Office or iWork documents, photos, videos, music and much more. It allows you to create as many books as you need to write, store and structure your details of life, and it will quickly become the one and only repository for all journals, ideas, notes, drafts and diaries but also for your projects, task lists, documents, files and everything else you want to keep close at hand. Notebooks is the only notebook you ever need.
